Our standard on-site partnership provides a dedicated account manager who resides at the client’s facility to provide hands-on contingent staffing support. Acting as the client’s single point of contact, the account manager is responsible for handling all day-to-day temporary staffing requirements and workforce management responsibilities, including recruiting, employee selection, onboarding, timekeeping, disciplinary measures, employee benefits, and processing reports.
